Company uses very deceptive practices. Consumers think they are getting free CD's, paying only shipping and handling. Only after they have entered the credit card information is the terms of agreement available. Apparently hid in the very small print and obscured by many, many paragraphs (similar to typical agreements with any installed software) are the terms that if the software is not returned within 10 days, the consumer will be charged $25.00 for each of two of the CD's. Even on the packing slip, there is no information about additional charges and only show the shipping charge. When the company was contacted and questioned about why nothing was stated as such on the packing slip, they said the information was on the INSIDE of the envelope. By the time the charges are noticed, the envelope is tossed and no address is available to return the product.

Additionally, the main product would not work. Two of the others did work, but the quality was extremely poor. The photo cd consisted of someone's home photos of such shots as crowded park. No subject or focus was notable in any of the photos. They were just random shots of anything.
