litton loan servicing

hello all

litton loan servicing is charging me for their insurance when proof of insurance has been provided to them on numerous occassions. they are also putting my current payments, which i am making for what their statement is saying is due, when its due, in forebearance till the end of the due month, then, charging late and "other" fees on that payment which was put in forebearance. according to my latest statement from them there is more money in forebearance after their fees and escrow (which should be zero) than what my payment is which should give me a credit, but for some reason does not. according to my contract they cannot do this unless i'm behind on payments. according to dates and amounts on my bank statement and their own statements, i am not behind, yet they hold my payments in forebearance till the end of each due month anyway. i am not yet in as bad of a position as many others out there, but i fear, it won't be long at this rate, till i am. the "amount due" each month is increasing,
