Arlington, VA. For the last one and half months, if I am gone 4 or 5 days during the week, I come back to no connectivity. The first customer service rep (India) told me that a technician would have to come to house. Later, I called another tech (VA) and he had me go to Run-Cmd-ipconfig/release and ipconfig/renew - twice. Then he told me to hold on and was gone awhile and when he came back, my connectivity was back up.

 

The third time, I had to argue with the tech and insist she do what the second tech did after she insisted someone had to come to my house.

 

The fourth time, the tech left me on hold for awhile and came back and told me to check connectivity, it was back up. I asked why I had to go through this every time and she said there was a glitch with the server and engineers were aware of it. If they are aware of it, why aren't they fixing it. Oh by the way, I also sent an email complaint about it as well.
