They are running a scam. I returned two cd's and they still charged my credit card. Called them today and they said they never received them, I know I mailed them back as instructed, if I didn't wont them, now its my word against theirs. They blew me off today when I called, of course I will have to pay the 49.90 or end up having a black mark on my credit. What recourse do I have?
