Sir,

Please note that we have Five PG 200 Unit, out of five one units PCB got failed and noticed by your BP service Engineer Erode on 02.09.06. Also he has given offer orally for serive board replacement at the rate of Rs. 1200/- and New board replacement at the rate of Rs. 2400/- ..

But we need a offer in writing or through mail for arranging payment.So we requested to Erode office from 04.09.06 but we have not yet received the offer .In this connection we informed to Chennai office also.

So please arrange to send quotation for the board and then please arrange to service the unit immediately.
