i made two separate payments one of $2000 for web design and $1600 for links to my website. It has been more than 1.5 month and this company has not delivered a single web page. The owner Peter Hoggan is constantly promising me to have everything completed if I just send in $x additional wire transfer.

the owner initially quoted me a web design quote for $20,000. The next day we call him and he says he meant two payments of $20,000. Then he miraculously decides he can get the project done under $10,000. Be careful if you are doing business with him. He will cheat you out of as much as he thinks he can cheat you out of.

He has received $3600 from me and will not get an additional dime from me. I am going to file a suit against the company and report him to the local authorities.
