Cooking Gas supply by Indian oil

We receive cooking gas from Indian oil through Cooking Gas & Appliances BD Market Salt Lake Kolkata 700069 Tel no-2866 1593 and my consumer No is 15296 .

In the recent supply made by the above supplier which we connected last week time to time gas was leaking out with hissing sound but after pressing the regulator it was working for some time .Immediately we complain to the above no and request the person to attend and tel us what has gone wrong whether the cylinder or the regulator for immediate corrective action . It was promised that some one will come and attend on next day but one week passed the person yet to come for inspection.

Kindly advice what action has to be taken and who will take the responsibility in case of any mishaps.
