HP 3015 and HP tech support

HP 3015 and HP tech support HP I own an HP all in one 3015 and I have far too many problems with it. Worst is the HP technical support. I sit on hold for 20 to 30 minutes, get disconnected, have to call back, get disconnected, call back…work with them for 30 minutes or so…it breaks down again…and then it is sit on hold and maybe, juts maybe…get help within an hour or so…only to do this all over again.
I will never buy anything form HP again. Ever!
