Cingular, They have had the fewest dropped calls of any of the major cellphone companies I've had but the worst reception I waste more minutes saying Huh? What? I'd rather the calls be dropped. They also billed both my lines for services I did not authorize or were even told about such as roadside assistance and voicedial.
