Quicken Loans, Inc. Quicken Loan, Inc. contacted me to initiate an application for a 2nd mortgage on my home. However, they told me that I would have to pay $500.00 (as a deposit) before any action could be taken. I paid the $500.00. After find out so many complaints about their unscrupulous, unethical, and questionable legal practices, I call them and asked to cancel the application and refund my $500.00. They refused to refund my $500.00 even though I never signed their deposit agreement form.
How can I get my $500.00 back? From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Thursday, 21-Sep-06 21:59:19 CDT Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This |
