Navarro Cadillac in SF Not honoring Contract Navarro Cadillac, Inc. 800 St Michaels Dr Santa Fe, NM 87505 Contact: Isidro Navarro Phone: (505) 471-6600 I purchased a used vehicle from Navarro Cadillac in late 2005. at the time of sale, an agreement was made to fix and/or repair the starter on the vehicle. This agreement was made by the salesman, Gerri. The salesman promised me that we could bring the vehicle in at any time to have the needed repairs done. He also stated that he would be willing to give us a loaner car at no expense while the car was being repaired. The salesman left the dealership shortly after the car purchase. I have been in contact with Ms. Navarro on several occasions over the past 15 months in regards to having the vehicle fixed. She continues to refuse to honor the commitment of the salesman, stating that the promise was good for only 60 days; yet as a part of this “agreement (aka “we owe you” work order), I was promised two free oil changes that she claims are also now void (not a big issue for me), but my point being, if the “we owe you” was only good for 60 days....who gets 2 oil changes in a 60 day period! Thus, the intent of the work order was not time limited. Therefore, the company should honor their obligation. I have attempted to work with the company, and have e-mails indicating their refusal to assist in resolving the issue. This dealership has refused to honor their commitment. My requested remedy is to fix the issue as agreed upon, and preferably be given credit for two oil changes.
