Most Immediate - Fake Biling Yet Again on 9811978783 & 9811938783 Dear Ms. Kaushal, Now there is no doubt left that it is a well hatched conspiracy of HUTCH to bother me to such an extent that I should be left with no option but to snap all my ties with it on my own. If HUTCH is not interested in keeping me in its subscribers’ list why doesn’t it come out openly with it instead of adopting via-media tactics. Because, despite my repeated complaints regarding the same matter, I have been yet again billed (latest one) for 10 SMSs on 12311 on my 9811978783 & 9811938783 which I never sent. Except for these SMSs I fully own the responsibility of sending all other SMSs and admit that they are billed correctly. It is nothing but a con game being played by HUTCH just to swell the small bills. Now I just cannot accept any justification by HUTCH. I am sure that you must be more fed up with my complaints rather than I am fed up of complaining. I am forwarding a copy of this letter to TRAI and Consumer Redressal Forum because now it is getting blown out of proportion and can only be tackled by a neutral and authoritative agency.
