Charter Communications, CT

As a long time charter hi speed customer, I decided to give them a

whirl to provide our TV and phone as well.

Charter was a no show for three appointments. My wife waited for hours

without any explanation.

When the tech finally arrived on the last appointment, he looked at our

set-up, and told us he'd be leaving because Charter had only told him

we were a service upgrade, and not an installation.

Additionally, as I was going to be porting our number to Charter, we

had to call twice in order for them to cancel our agreement to port our

number to them.

This created red tape with ATT, who will now be providing us with our

communications services.

I recommend anyone in CT to avoid charter if at all possible- they are

unreliable, and with the exception of a few well meaning reps,

indifferent.
