CINGULAR WIRELESS

CINGULAR WIRELESS I have had my phone service with ATT for nearly 6yrs. They were bought out by Cingular and I never converted because my ATT plan is much better. Cingular has tried to switch my plan on numerous occasions. I recently went out of town and had some roaming charges( which I understand since my plan is not a national plan) now all of a sudden I have overage minutes to the tune of 650 per month my phone bill is $690.19 for two months. On the average my phone bill runs $80.00per month. I spoke to customer service and was told basically pay it or be disconnected. Also, I was told to write down my calls and log each call time. I'm not sure how that would solve anything. I have a co-worker that had the same problem and has now switched providers. Her phone bill also started having time overage when she would not change plans. Makes you wonder what is really going on here. I will change providers also as my contract runs out in December.
