Bridal disaster at David's Bridal

David's Bridal (Cherry Hill) Location

I got married in May 20, 2006. We went to david's bridal to get my dress as well as my bridesmaids dresses. I got my dress first my consultant was Dot she was nice and told me that she will take care of all my bridesmaids. when it came time to bring my bridesmaids she was there she helped us out and everything when smooth she told me that she could not send our order for the dresses until they were all paid for. She told me that she would inform me if any of the girls did not pay in time because the dresses took 6 weeks to arrive. This took place in January. April came by and the dresses were still not in and at this point Dot dissapeared she never called or even answer when I inquired about the dresses. The manager told me that one of the girls did not pay till the second week in february but still even if she didn't pay till then the dresses should have been here the last week on March. For the most part all my girls needed alterations that is why we were so eager and worry about the dresses. Anyway the dresses did not come in until a week an half before the wedding. All I asked of this horrible people was to alterate the dresses for free being that they messesd up our order it was the least they could do. They refused I called corporate and left tons of messages to speak with their district manager and even her manager they never got back to me they never even apologized. For this reason I don't recommend this horrible place to anybody even now I cannot contact anybody in corporate what kind of company especially a bridal company does this to their customers my wedding was ruined because of this my girls had to basically pinned their dresses.
