yahoo product I SIGNED FOR LIVE QUOTES SERVICE WITH YAHOO A FEW MONTHS BACK AND PAID FOR ONE YEAR. IN ABOUT A MONTH I FOUND THE PRODUCT NOT SATISFACTORY AND DECIDED TO CANCEL. YAHOO CANCELLED THE SERVICE BUT REFUSED TO REFUND THE MONEY. FINALLY I ASKED FOR RE-INSTATING THE SERVICE - YAHOO REFUSED. HOW CAN YAHOO KEEP MY MONEY AND NOT GIVE THE SERVICE? NOW, THEY MAY SHOW SOME FINE PRINTS ALLOWING THEM TO 'EAT THE CAKE AND KEEP IT!' THIS IS A BAD BAD BUSINESS PRACTICE. MY COMPLAINTS TO YAHOO CUSTOMER CARE(?) AND FINANCE WENT UNHEEDED. THEY ALSO REFUSED TO GIVE ME A SENIOR LEVEL CONTACT TO WHOM I COULD COMPLAIN.
