Protection Act), & End Contract (If Any).

Dear "customer service" it appears you have completely ignored any of my prior correspondence. For your information, they are all provided here!

I hope that you may be able to use some of this data in your training / customer service areas! (Please note Steve Rescoria "Customer Service Director".)

I kindly request for the umpteenth time, that you remove me from your records and acknowledge any of my correspondence. You are by far the worst (even worse than British Gas!) company that I have ever dealt with when it comes to customer service.

You are currently within breach of contract, breach of the data protection act, within breach of the customer service charter and your current omissions are starting to amount to nuisance.

Dear Mr CARDEN,

SUBMIT YOUR MAC CODE TO GET TALKTALK BROADBAND

Thanks for your order for TalkTalk broadband. We are doing our best to connect you to the service and we recently sent you a request asking for your Migration Authorisation Code (MAC code). Unfortunately we do not have any record of receiving this from you.

Before we can connect you to our TalkTalk broadband service we need a MAC code, which you can request from your existing broadband service provider. You need to do this for us, as we are unable to do this on your behalf due to data protection laws.

We've listed key broadband provider numbers here to make it easier for you.

THEN PASS ON THE CODE TO US SO WE CAN SWAP YOU OVER

When you've got your MAC code, just submit it to us either by:-

1. Visiting talktalk.co.uk/macrequest

2. Calling 0800 049 0020*

Please ensure you also have your TalkTalk telephone number, MAC code and MAC issue date to hand.

After we've received the MAC code, we'll send you a letter containing your TalkTalk broadband username, password and activation date, plus everything else that you need to get up and running.

We want you to get you up and surfing, so once we have your MAC code, we'll start processing your connection for up to 8 Meg broadband† as quickly as we can.

The TalkTalk Team.

† Up to 8 Meg: At connection time we will give you our highest available speed - 8 Meg refers to your download speed. Speed depends on your proximity to your local BT exchange. Fair usage policy and other terms and conditions apply. For more details visit talktalk.co.uk

* Calls may be monitored and recorded for training purposes and are charged at the standard rate.
