Pine Center Cleaners, 4644 Pine St., Riverside, CA - Lost 2 shirts in 1 month

On August 3, 2006 i dropped off a Polo Shirt at Pine center cleaners at 4644 Pine St, Riverside CA 92501 to be cleaned and pressed. When I went to pick it up several days later with the rest of my work shirts i was told by the husband that he would locate the shirt and call me the next day. I never received any phone calls so i went back to the cleaners which is across the street from my residence. I was told by the wife this time to come back another time because her husband wasn't their and i refused to accept someone else shirt she was trying to give to me. I never received the shirt, phone call or any reimbursement. One month later in September i took in 11 shirts and upon entering the cleaners to pick them up, the wife quickly before i could even say hello, had me pay for 11 shirts (22.00), then went to the back to retrieve her husband so he could tell me that 1 of my shirts wouldn't be ready until the following day. I returned the next day on to be told that they once again couldn't find the shirt. This time they asked for a receipt as the only way of me being reimbursed. We went thru 2 days of my husband will call you or my husband tried to call you. No messages were left on my voice mail. I spent 30Min's in the cleaners with this guys wife bringing other customers laundered shirts asking me if i would like one as payment. "NO" was the answer. I am sure that i will never be reimbursed at this point so beware of this place. If something can be done, please let me know.
