Delta Airlines Frequenty Flyer Program I, and many others I have learned, have tried to book flights on Delta using our frequent flyer miles, only to be told that the flights and schedules we are requesting are booked and not available. Further examination reveals that the requested flights ARE NOT BOOKED or FULL, but that they have allocated only a very limited number of seats for customers wanting to use their "rewards". In my case, a flight schedule requested 6-months in advance, was refused because there were no seats available. Upon checking in their own computer, these flights showed EVERY seat, except two, available. In other words, they had almost 200 seats availble, but they were for "paying" passengers. How did Delta think we got the damned mailes? We had already paid for and flown thousands of miles to get the rewards promised, and are now being refused a seat for rewards promised. When recruting you to participate in their Frequent Flyer Program, they don't tell you that your reward requests will be always be on the bottom of their priority lists. This E-Mail was scanned during transmission by Norton Anti Virus software version 11.0.16.2 and found to be virus free.
