BTbroadband email service (or lack of it)

For nearly four weeks I have had the wrong master account name in the

email account window of my new BT Option 1 broadband service. As a

result I have no access to setting up the four sub-accounts to which

I am entitled. I have emailed complaints and spoken to their

technical support people (more than once) and have repeatedly been

told that the problem would be fixed within 48 hours or that I would

be contacted 'shortly'. That was over 10 days ago and the problem is

still there. Incompetent doesn't come close to describing their

technical support service and one feels very much fobbed off - they

don't know and they don't care.
