BTbroadband email service (or lack of it) For nearly four weeks I have had the wrong master account name in the email account window of my new BT Option 1 broadband service. As a result I have no access to setting up the four sub-accounts to which I am entitled. I have emailed complaints and spoken to their technical support people (more than once) and have repeatedly been told that the problem would be fixed within 48 hours or that I would be contacted 'shortly'. That was over 10 days ago and the problem is still there.
