Adcom DVD Player + 5.1 Speaker not recieved

Dear Sir,

I am again complaint lodging, which is given below in details. I hope, you will take action for me.

Adcom DVD Player + 5.1 Speaker NOT RECEIVED

On 14.11.05, I sent a DD, payable at Mumbai (India), for Rs 7000/- plus cash Rs. 25/- to Jasubhai Digital Media Pvt Ltd

India for subscription of “Digit Magazine” for five year against their offer (Adcom DVD Player + 5.1 Speaker) in November 2005 issue of the magazine DIGIT published by them. Top of Form

The product was to be delivered within maximum 6-8 weeks after clearance of DD. They acknowledged the receipt of DD and confirmed that it would be presented for clearance on or about 21.11.05 and assured that I would be receiving the product much earlier. My Subscription Number is S011109. I am receiving every issue of Digit Magazine regularly. But offer (Adcom DVD Player + 5.1 Speaker) is not yet received by me.

I have communicated with them in several times via Email about delivery of DVD Player + 5.1 Speaker. I am waiting since December 2005. One day i.e. on 18-05-2006, one of their staff had contacted with me over telephone, she informed me that DVD Player + 5.1 Speaker will be delivered after 10 (ten) days, But till today, it is not yet delivered.

Sir, give me advice, how can I get it.
