itunes/paypal Scam

itunes/paypal Scam Last Christmas I was enticed by advertising to buy itunes gift certificates through paypal as presents for friends and relatives. The advertising said that for gift certificates bought I would receive itunes song credits. I bought enough to receive credits for 50 songs which I could download. I am the choir director for a church and wanted to use the songs to play for the choir. I had only used 7 songs when they suddenly disappeared. When I wrote to itunes they pleaded ignorance. I contacted paypal and was told that the credits "expired". They said that it was mentioned in the promotion. I'm the type of person who reads the fine print and I never saw that mentioned. Nancy at paypal said she was going to try to rectify the situation (I had 43 credits remaining when they vanished). I never heard from her again, though I wrote to remind her twice. I spent quite a bit on this "promotion" and was treated like garbage by both companies. I saw another similar complaint on your website. Shame on both companies.
