ubid.com I just happened to see this web site and had to check it out to see if ubid.com was listed and low and behold it is and its all true and if you go to the better business bureau/chicago.com you will see where ubid.com has had hundreds of formal complaints logged against them and I am one of them since they chose to ignore all of my emails I went to the BB site and checked them out and found that solar they have 37 complaints this year -but this may be because people do not know you can file online as I didn't until I went to the BBB site and saw all of the complaints they have against them and it even has different phone numbers that you can call and speak directly to some of the big shots so called at ubid and the names of the person to contact for better results which I did try to contact this Sally Dahl who is VP, of ubid's operations anyhow they would not reply to the 10 or so emails I sent to them but all i did was to file a complaint against them with the better business bureau of Chicago and ubid emailed me the next day and promised me a full refund where as if you return something they keep the shipping charges plus they hit you with a 15% re stocking fee plus you pay the return shipping charges and this would have added up to about $200.00 and ubid would have made out like a bandit that they are on this alone. Maybe if more people who have been ripped off by ubid goes to the BB web site and files a complaint against them ubid will clean up there dirty act of scaming the consumer or better yet go out of business which I prefer the latter myself as I bought laptop computers and they are junk as well but this time I was going to get even with them crooks and I did so here is the link you can check them out for yourself and pass the link on to some of the other people who have been ripped off by ubid.com
