Moving Company. Headquarter, San Juan. Main Office New York., Locations: Orlando, Santo Domingo, San Juan and New York.

I hire Monti Moving and Storage, (la del puntito en la i) Slogan,) since it was recommended by my mother and mother in law. In order to make the contract the sales representative answer all my calls, when the contract was signed the movers where very good people. The other story, the contract says 4-6 weeks for my belongings get to my new location, I been calling, emailing and asking about my belongings and up to 9 weeks later I don't know nothing, the worst, his Company Manager does not answer calls or respond any communications.

The sales rep., is no were to be found, the company administrator only works part time and usually does not answer any calls. If you relocate out of town don't even bother to leave your number they will definitely not call you, they wait for you to call and leave you on hold to check if you get tire and hang up.

How you can ask your employees to do customer service if the Manager is as equally as bad or worst. The names of the owners there is no were to be found and I strongly suggest to any Hispanic origin to not use the worst company ever. It have change since the 1970's and since it's Hispanic and know the language don't hire them, you know to talk in English, hire an American company, at least wont be your own culture/origin who disappoint you.

Their team is the worst, they do not commit to their contract and do not take responsibilities for their actions.
