My house was robbed yesterday, I believe some of my HELOC checks were
taken. I need to put a freeze on my account so that the funds are not
accessible and I can't get anyone on the phone to help me. I have been
calling Countrywide for 24 hours and I am in an endless rotation of
voicemail, I cannot get anyone on the phone to help me. Countrywide
seems to have the staff it takes to call me up until 8:00 at night to
sign up for new services, but the one actual emergency situation that
comes up for me where I need to talk to an actual person on the phone,
I can't get anyone on the phone to help me.
