This guy seems to give refunds, but the way he does it is disrespectfull. I never even asked for a refund when he sent me a refund and an untactfull reason why. He has a pay per year members group of 49 bucks. When you pay you can access his repair manuals and call in for advice on fixing your appliance. But if he gets mad he will try to discredit you on his web site. He is the site administrator, so he has full control over anything you post. He will use it to the users disadvantage if he gets mad. He will try to discredit you on his site. He will say things in a mocking and disgracefull way toward the user of the site. This guy needs to go back to school and learn the meaning of respect. If he is going to do business with consumers, he should not demoralize them, and he apparantly is good at this tactic. He should not be allowed to do business on the Internet while practicing disrespect towards the users.
