Sectional Sofa

Unfortunately I bough over $200.00 of sofa from Sofa Express in Tampa Florida.After a couple of months the staples began to protrude from the back of all three pieces, so much that if you brushed against them they would cut you. Also the Couch recliner is bent and distorted and gets worse everyday. They sent a repairman out to look at it While doing so he put a few nice deep scratches in my newly installed Bamboo floor. He informed me that he had to order parts and left. After about a month they called and said the parts were in and would be out on Saturday to take care of it. Well it's Saturday and when I called the service dept they said "Oh it's next Saturday". Guess Saturday means any Saturday they choose. I have given up now 3 days of work and to date this piece of junk has cost me about 1500 dollars more. I'm over it all I want is to get rid of this garbage and get my money back. Please never buy from this establishment and let everyone know of the kind of service they give. POOR
