Pendleton Blankets www.pendleton-usa.com I received a new Pendleton blanket ("Terrazzo") after ordering it online from their catalog. Due to faulty weaving plus lack of quality control or inspection, the blanket had dark spots on one side where the weaving had holes and the reversible darker-woven side shown thru. I paid a total of $275. (with shipping) for this supposedly top quality Pendleton blanket. Pendleton's customer service offered an accommodation of 10% rebate plus shipping for what is equivalent to a "factory second" quality product. I am very unhappy with their product and their "customer service". THey still have tags. I emailed to say I would like to return them and received a reply with the return address. I shipped them, and after 6 weeks and no credit, I emailed them to ask where my credit is. Yesterday, I received a box from Pendleton and an email saying they would not accept for return. I have not opened the box. Their stated web site returns policy is "if over 90 days a merchandise credit will be given."
