Missing IPOD on my HP laptop purchase

Dear Sir

This is to inform you that i purchased a HP laptop Sl No CND6230NWD (Model HP PAVALLION DV5200TX) from M/s INTEGRATED PC INFO SOLUTIONS Shop 81 Vasant Place Near RK Puram Sector 6 New Delhi 110023 on 28th June 2006 for a net payment of Rs. 65,000 vide Tax Invoice 436 dated 28th june 2006.

I had registered for my product on the net and have been waiting for my gift since then. However in response to my registration the only mails i receive are to participate in customer surveys.

My experience makes me believe that these responses are never read. I had participated in one of the HP customer survey in which I had pointed out that the company is not keeping its promise of gifts that it declares to promote the sales. Its a shame that a company as big as HP uses such practices to get customers and then forget them once the product has been sold. I had expected that the respose would be good and fast as your machine is.

I would request you to please look into this and confirm
