We thankfully acknowledge receipt of SCAN coupons & appreciate efforts put in by Sr Management in designing excellant tools to provide better services to customers.

 

However the ground realities are different. May be the Response Time Management is failing or not being monitored

 

We logged our complaint on 27-6-06.The engr visited & informed that Fan Motor need to be replaced. He promised that the same shall be done within one wk. However despite repeated follow-ups the same has not been replaced till date.on every follow up a new date of one wk ahead is given. you may go thr the History Sheet of the case.

 

Similarily the second A/C was got repaired from third party ( local shop ) as yr engr failed to pick up the unit for 10 days for recharging of gas.
