Complain on Roger's cell phone service

I have a plan for roger's cell phone in Calgary. Two weeks in a row I have experience network problems in Saturday afternoon. Last weekend, I tried to call 911 by using roger's cell phone plan and was not successful. This was a very serious incident since my son was injured inside a park area and the cell phone was the only mean of getting ambulance to help him in time. The main reason that I joined roger was that I can have communication in case of emergency. Now that this purpose was completely defeated and the network problem occurred again. I would like you to look into the issue and ensure that your network is available at all time, especially the consequence would involve casualty.
