response to complaint about Zaken Corp

My name is Lisa Reynoso and my husband and I are currently investigating the Zaken Corp's offer. We actually ordered the kit, but there is no need to buy stationery and all the things that lady did that posted last March. I still haven't decided on the company yet, and I haven't started calling, but the more I investigate, the more it seems legitimate. Hi. I've been an assocaite of zaken corp. for 5 month now and I can tell you they are NOT a scam. I've closed deals with them and am treated nicely by everyone there.

I ordered quiksell in May 2008 and have sent in lots and lots of deals,with pics,samples were sent and etc. I never hear back from them,they are very slow if and when they do answer back. And they do not do as they claim. I paid $174 for quiksell kit and its a month and half later and no word on any deals or samples . I never hear back from them at all now. They keep samples and do not return them either. I am very disapointed and turned them in TO BBB. I think they should refund my money as well as pay me for my time and effort and the embarrasement they put me through. Its very bad when we have to tell merchants that we dont hear back after they sent samples. It cause us to also have a bad name. I'm Steaming mAD. If anyone knows of how to get into the class action lawsuit against them let me know.

You have said nothing here, you never made any money or done any calls according to this message and one on your blog site.

So this does not make that person's complaint less valid. This person did the calling and took the time and Lost Money and TIME. Time the person will never see again.

I got a mail packet from this corp., it was so tempting I started asking a friend of mine who looks into scams online. His was at the top of the list , and I heard this guy had an infomercial once. I see where he got all his money. I worked in a Warehouse and dealt with salemen and distributors,and they are a dime a dozen. Most business that go out, try to sell off there stuff. Most end up losing it to the brankruptcy or the bank and they sell it.

That person complaint is valid and you have said nothing to prove it wrong.
