complaint hpshopping technical support service and product quality Complaint for hpshopping technical support Department service and product quality. I bought a Compaq Presario VZ2000Z Customizable NB from hpshopping.com on Feb6,2006. This product has one year warranty. When I received the first one, the LCD had problem, it had been exchanged. After I used six months the new one, it had the other two problems, one of the LCD connect broke and DVD drive can not work. I tried to contact with hpshopping technical support department to solve this problem. My phone line has been transferred to a few people and last one transfered my phone line to speak spanish,I can not speak any spanish. It is terrible. So I made the second phone call, after my phone transfer to a few people. Finally I got the reference number and have been told that somebody will talk with me or call me later. So I stayed at phone line a few minutes, just music nobody solve my problems. I waited two days, nobody called me. I made the phone call again. I offerred my reference number, the represention told me that my reference number was incorrect, so I offerred all purchase information to then again and got the other reference number. same thing happened again. After I waited a few days, nobody called me. I sent complaint email to then at hpshopping.com a few times. at first I received a few response emails that they told me that nobody will call me in 24 or 48hours. but nobody called me. Right now I sent email to them, they told me that nobody will call me and complain center can not solve this problem. I need to call them again. This is my experince to find out technical support. It is terrible service. I will not call them anymore. They need to take responsibility.
