I just thought I would let you know.

Nearly every day Microsoft has a new security add-on or update. They

sometimes automatically load into my system and then my computer crashes

then I have to reboot.

Nearly every update requires me to insert a disk I cannot find or do not

have and when I go to your customer support my blood pressure boils. I am

nearly paranoid from having to deal with this nonsense.

Now the latest has come.

The Web site that you are trying to access has been blocked following the

configurations set for the Web Site Filter.

Fine by me.

Perhaps I should just quit using the computer or switch to linux... or

even Mac.

Surely for all of the charges you assess and inject into us all, you could

provide a more efficient system for updating that does not require

installation of missing CD's and does not require rebooting and does not

interrupt my work flow.

Do you think we should all be slaves to our computing ability.

I'm planning on posting this comment to a Windows gripe website and

perhaps some Chinese company will catch it and come up with an improved

windows type program for 2 cents on the dollar making him the richest man

in the world!
