Hewlett Packard. Laptop Pavillion Dv4000. Sent laptop in for repair to HP for a crack in case on August 10. Unit is under warantee and they said it would take 10 days. They document they received August 15 and should be returned by August 23. We have never been contacted from HP by phone or email on any delay. We called and at first they said it would be back by Sept 9, then 14. Now they won't tell us anything. They keep saying the repair tech has not replied. Its been over a month and we keep getting lied to to get us off the phone and they never call or email. We don't know what to do at this point.
