Magnovox Flat panel tv/dvd combo

I bought this from Target and it broke in the first 2 months.

We exchanged it for a different one and it broke in 4 months.

Target says that they are not able to do anything since I am not

within the 90 days, Magnavox says that it only has 90 day warranty

and won't do anything. So, after 4 months, I am out a tv and $1200.
