Walmart, all locations

I wrote to complain about the costumer service, lack of that is, and having to stand in line so long to the corporate office. They directed me back to the local store managers telling me it’s a store problem. As everyone that has shopped Walmart knows, every store does has this problem, not just intermittent but all the time. Why build 30 lanes of registers if they are not going to open them. My point is, corporate office could care less about the customer service that is in these stores, just the money they get from the customers.
