Dear Sir/Madam

This is with reference to my letter dated 04th March 2003 regarding non receipt of design magazine and balance free gifts. I had subcribed for the said magazine in the year January 2001, since than I have received magazine only upto the month of August 2001(ie.06 issues only). In spite of writing several letters and talking to various persons on telephone, I have not received a single line in reply from you. It is surprising that being such a reputed organization the customer is not being given due weightage and its complaints are taken for granted. Therefore, I request you to kindly refund my full amount with intrest as now I am not at all intrested in your magazine. It is nearly two and half years past I have neither received the magazine nor the gifts and nor the organization had a simple courtesy of sending a single line in reply to my letters as to why the magazineis not being dispatched.

This is my final letter and, henceforth, if I am not getting a favourable reply from your end, I will be bound to take the helpof "Media and the Grahak Manch". Therefore, again I would like to bring to your notice that the amount may be refunded to me at the period of one month.
