Stop out sourcing

Salle Mae Student loans

I receive at least 5 messages for a Melvin Washington on my answering service a week. However, no one by the name of Melvin Washington lives at my address. I call the number that was left on my service to let Salle Mae know that no one by that name lives at my address and they need to check further on the right info. Catch: the number that I call is out sourced to India and the language barrier is unbelievable. I can barely understand what the person is saying and when I keep repeating myself to have them repeat theirselves, some are so rude they hang up and I have to call back. I think Salle Mae needs to do a little checking up on it's employees in INDIA
