Stainsafe Protection through Wicks Furniture

I purchased stain warranty through Stainsafe when I bought my sofa from Wicks furniture. Stainsafe Protection Company is a scam! I played by their rules; registered with them as soon as I purchased the couch and called them immediately after I got he stain about a year later. They send someone after three weeks and are now denying the claim because it is an “old stain”. As if it was my fault that they were late! Now they want me to send them the proof that I have cleaned the sofa and the love seat, by presenting receipt from a professional cleaner, before they will process any other claim I would have. I will not do business with either of the two companies anymore.
