Pool Purchased from and Installed by Jeff Snyder

I have incurred the same level of dissatisfaction regarding my pool purchase

from Jeff Snyder who installed our inground pool that he purchased from

Olympic Pools. Identical to the compliant posted by Pat Seng, Jeff Snyder's

installed pool has the cement walk-way peeling and cracking from the

original 2001 installation and the peeling and cracking has worsen from his

repair cement work from 2004 when he applied a top bonding cement called

increte to remedy the problems from the original installation. The pool

leaks as well and the liner is prematurely worn with wrinkles which we paid

to have stretched.

I have filed a civil suit but the magistrate's office cannot deliver the

summons because his address cannot be verified. I need his home address to

have the summons delivered and to bring this proceeding to a start and to

closure. Any info will be greatly appreciated but the magistrate can't

deliver to his business address. Go figure!

I had his address for Tremont Street Allentown but they claim he moved.
