Official Complaint : Match Membership. Dear Sir/Madam I am utterly dissapointed to be auto renewed without proper approval / notice at match.com. And worst, there is NO credit card information cancellation button as many will worry about the security issues especially with the high rise in credit card fraud. I am hope that your management takes this matter seriously , and i am looking at the additional 1 month auto renewal fee to be fully refunded. It seemed unethical if this system continous. My membership details : newcastleuk ( I have deleted my profile but believe it would still be in your records ).
