Key Bank Customer Service Complaint Key Bank....
Here is the final document that I will be faxing you. It is a copy of the cashiers check that was used to pay off the reserve line. It was CASHED on January 27th, 2006 by KEY BANK. The account has been paid in full and closed. A copy of this fax and letter has been sent to Susan Connor at Key Bank in Boulder, Carla Austin and Carla Grant (same office).
Now, please notify ALL THREE credit reporting agencies IMMEDIATELY that the account is closed, paid in full and to remove the past due status as of January 24th, 2006 that has adversely affected my credit history.

Trans Union P. O. Box 1000, Chester, PA 19022 Tel: 800-888-4213
For your information I personally handed the check to Susan Connor at Key Bank, Boulder, Colorado branch on January 24th, 2006. Where she sent it or what she did with it next is unknown to me. You'll have to contact her directly at 720-406-6905.
Ms. Carla Austin was ESPECIALLY rude and amazingly unprofessional during this process. It was like she made a special effort to be a horrible person.
Please send me by mail, confirmation that Key Bank has contacted all three credit agencies to correct the damage it has done to my credit report since Key Bank did nothing to reconcile my account status. It's not my fault Key Bank employees can't locate the cashed check within their own company. Because Key Bank has not updated the credit agencies since January 2006 it has cost me $111.31 in a higher interest rate I was given on a recent car loan. That's a separate matter that I will be seeking resolution to shortly.
A copy of this has also been filed as a complaint with Key Bank. I will never use Key Bank again for any financial matters. Not even an ATM. Key Bank has, by far, the absolutely worst customer service of any banking institution on the planet. I have also registered my complaint online with my3cents.com and complaints.com.
Good Day,
