Greentree Servicing

Greentree Servicing My husband and I have had a loan with Greentree/Conseco (depending on what they want to call themselves and I am assuming since the lawsuit I read about against Conseco; Greentree is trying to claim their not one in the same) for 10 years. It’s funny that we will get bills from Greentree for a while and then miraculously we start getting bills from Conseco. So who knows! This company is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. We are occasionally late on payments, not by choice but these things happen. The minute we are late Ryan in South Dakota starts calling. If he doesn’t get us at home he calls me at work. I have asked him and his team members not to call me at work. How can I pay for this loan if I get fired from my job? They continue to call me at work, no matter what I say. I am getting ready to send written documentation to this company and will get a lawyer on board if I have to. If I ever ask for another loan the first thing I am going to find out is “Do you do any business with either one of these lenders?” If so, I will not do business with them either. I plan to tell everybody I see about this company. If you see this complaint and don’t believe me, just check out ripoffreport.com. There are plenty of people there who will confirm these problems. I paid off 22% of my principal and they still won't drop it until it was originally scheduled to be dropped. The homeowners protection act of 1989 states that once 20% of a homes appraised value at the time of purchase is paid off then P.MI. (60.00 a month) is not required. Once 22% is paid off it is to be dropped automatically, Litton loan servicing and suntrust mtg. also did the same thing to me. The thing is my lawyer agreed and rather then pay the 2g retainer and be in court for years I called them and asked how much do I need to pay down on my principal for you to drop my P.M.I. My house originally appraised for 50g I bought it for 38G I should have never been charged PMI and they stikll won't drop it after I sent more then enough to drop it. they are now requesting a new appraisal tottally illeagal. The only safe bet to avoid these crooks is to refinance through a credit union a solid one never again in my life will I buy a home through a mortgage broker only a credit union. UNBELIEVABLE and they treat you like the criminal document everything From: Message Author (click here to email author)Date: Thursday, 14-Apr-11 18:37:16 CDT Business: Reply Online Consumer: Comment On This |
