Greentree Servicing

My husband and I have had a loan with Greentree/Conseco (depending on what they want to call themselves and I am assuming since the lawsuit I read about against Conseco; Greentree is trying to claim their not one in the same) for 10 years. It’s funny that we will get bills from Greentree for a while and then miraculously we start getting bills from Conseco. So who knows! This company is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. We are occasionally late on payments, not by choice but these things happen. The minute we are late Ryan in South Dakota starts calling. If he doesn’t get us at home he calls me at work. I have asked him and his team members not to call me at work. How can I pay for this loan if I get fired from my job? They continue to call me at work, no matter what I say. I am getting ready to send written documentation to this company and will get a lawyer on board if I have to. If I ever ask for another loan the first thing I am going to find out is “Do you do any business with either one of these lenders?” If so, I will not do business with them either. I plan to tell everybody I see about this company. If you see this complaint and don’t believe me, just check out ripoffreport.com. There are plenty of people there who will confirm these problems.
