Automatic message

Automatic message I have recently gotten the message, "Low tire pressure" on my dashboard. In both instances, I did NOT need air in my tires. The second time it happened, I was on a trip with four people in my car, and we had directions based on mileage from one point to the next. I could not see the mileage, which made the trip very difficult.
I had to drive to Coleman Buick on Rt.#1 the next day, each time, to have this reset so that I could read my mileage. I asked them to disconnect this, as I can always check the gage information, as well as visually. They told me this cannot be done.
Is there some way that this can be done so I won't continually have this problem. This is my 5th or 6th LeSabre, and I never had trouble before. In fact, when I need a new car, I don't even look at any other kind, but I will have to if I am faced with this annoying problem.
