AOL bill

Hello, I. too, received a bill from AOL for 23.90 for services never received. I am not and have never been a subscriber to AOL My alleged customer number is 0179501078. I have tried several times to negotiate their automated system, have finally talked to three humans after long waits. These people have tried to transfer me to the "office which handles this" - each time a different one. Before transfer I have asked for and received the number. Each time the transfer has resulted in me being cut off.

I have then called that number and gone through the whole business again, resulting in the same automated routine. This problem has not been resolved since I cannot reach anybody. Can you somehow assist me? Thanks, Jack Andrews
