ONIDA 21 Black DLX TV

Dear Sirs,

Your wide publicity provoked me to purchase an ONIDA 21 Black DLX TV, a 2nd one for my home, on 18.10.04 from M/s. Great Eastern Trading Co, 20 Old Court House Street, Kolkata-700001.

Since the last week of July '06, it has started giving troubles in respect of picture and its quality. It has deteriorated a lot and now different channels are giving different colours - white, yellow & black. I lodged my complaints vide docket No. M2605 on 26.8.06 followed by reminders dated 31.8.06 and 4.9.06. But nobody turned up till date to rectify the defects. It appears that technicians/service engineers are not intrested to serve the customers.

Can I expect after sales service from a reputed company like you or to believe that your advertisement made me a fool?
