NCO Financial Systems

NCO Financial Systems My email to NCO today, September 14, 2006: Your 800 telephone number of 866-372-8498 provided on the letter you sent is not functioning, as you are well aware. After "Googling" NCO Financial Systems and obtaining a correct contact number, I was directed to a Mr. Pyle. He was incredibly rude and went beyond raising his voice to a full out scream. I was unable to get a word in and he threatened to hang up. This was most curious as I was the one who ended up disconnecting him due to his demeanor. I contacted AOL and cleared up this debt as it was NOT owed. I had never even received a bill from them, only from NCO. Odd. Further investigation of NCO revealed that your company is at the very least a shady operation. You will apparantly stoop to quite low levels to harass innocent consumers. I have just witnessed this myself with your "Mr. Pyle." It might be time to consider raising the bar when it comes to your hiring practices. You should, of course, make an attempt to collect a valid debt, but it is not in anyones best interest to scream at people. Thanks. [AOL cleared it up with one pleasant phone call. However, I cannot, in good conscience, recommend AOL to anyone as they have hired these cut throat charlatans to "Show them the money!"] Please do not include my email if this is published online.
