EBAY also condones FRAUD and THEFT by deception.

I bid on TWO speaker stands on a EBAY AUCTION (5150 ENTERPRISES) is the EBAY STORE. The auction was for TWO SPEAKER STAND, a SET OF TWO.

I won and decided to ask the seller if he would sell me TWO SETS of four stand, and he agreed, this was done within the EBAY SYSTEM and through their EMAIL service. I sent the seller Gary B. George TWO checks for the TWO sets of stands. He cashed them and short shipped the items. He ONLY PACKED TWO stands and went on to LIE about having videotaped the packing and that he shipped four stands. The problem being ONLY TWO STANDS would fit in the box.

I called George about the shortage and he called me a liar, and threatened me. I spoke to UPS and explained that HE NEVER shipped the full order and that a claim against UPS for any loss would be FRAUD. A claim was made, he collected the claim money and tried to ship two more stands. Since MAIL FRAUD and INSURANCE FRAUD is involved we would NOT ACCEPT the shipment.

I filed a complaint with EBAY, by certified mail return receipt, THREE TIMES, and they have yet to respond. I used their internal EMAIL system in an attempt to contact LIVE people however I only get frivolous answers, and finally EBAY shut down my account because I posted the sellers name on a web site showing the FRAUD and DECEPTION.

EBAY and its principals put their heads in the sand and ignore problems.

I reminded EBAY that any ones name that is in the PUBLIC FORUM is no longer PRIVATE.

Their LEGAL DEPARTMENT refuses to answer LEGAL NOTICES.

It is not a matter of cost, as the total involved is less than $ 150.00 It is Principle. We will not be a part of any FRAUD.
