Ordered merchandise and same day revised order. The merchant charged my card $7077.00 but has yet to refund the amount of $3493.00 for the cancelled item. It has also been nearly 2 months and I have still not received all the items purchased. After numerous phone calls and emails asking for the refund and shipment of merchandise, I give up and have to resort to making this complaint. They have told me and written to me that the refund has been processed, but all appears to have been lies. I am still owed the $3493.00 and another item for which I paid $512.00.


Very nice on the phone, but that is easy when it is all untrue! Don’t be fooled by there prices, it isn’t worth getting ripped off.

you have been posting the same story on every site i have found my fathers business on. he hasnt been able to help you because the business no longer exists and he has filed for bankruptcy. he is more worried about how he is going to hand out paychecks and feed our family then about something he can't pay. there are a lot of things behind closed doors that you fail to see.
